So who is La Doña? Bertha, the owner, has been working in restaurants in the Foothills for the past 25 years as a prep & cook. She has experience preparing and cooking up American classics as well as traditional Mexican cuisine. Bertha grew up in a town just outside of Guadalajara Mexico until moving to the US in 1989. In 1992 she made the move to sunny Yuma, AZ and has been working in restaurants across the Foothills since 1996. With her 25 years of experience, it was time for Doña Bertha to start her own restaurant!
